Starters fail intermittently sometimes. I've changed 3 for this type engine in the last 10 months (2004 Accord 4-cyl, 2008 TSX, and 2009 CRV). It's probably the stater. I hightly recommend Denso remanufacturred from RockAuto.com or local Napa autoparts store. Napa is approx $100 more.
