50 effaced 2cm dilated

Wow this is new to me but he's the professional. I've always been given cervidil at least 6-8 hours before pitocin is started. Even when I was already 3cm dilated and 70% effaced with my last (which was my third pregnancy/vaginal delivery) . But every doctor has their own methods. Question it if you're that worried
