As a white badge I get points all the time and have to contact HR to fix it. I put in PTO this morning from 3am to 5am. Before I even clocked out I had 1 attendance point added to my file. Like wtf. I just entered PTO and it gave me a point. My first week they screwed up our schedules so bad we all had 4 points by the end of the first week.

I am Flex RT and am ill so submitted a MLOA for 2 days which was approved. I have 7/8 attendance points and zero PTO and Vacation time after a long trip abroad so needed to do it that way to avoid the points.
