The appraisers forum is terrible. Truly. I’m a second generation appraiser and they’ve been negative and “sky is falling” mentality ever since I’ve been appraising for a decade. As my dad says, give your clients great service, fast turnaround times, and don’t make their life complicated and you’ll always have work.
