Solved! Weird 1.6 zetec MK1 focus overheating. At the start of summer this year my focus started to overheat. Oddly though turning the heat selector to cold... Made the problem go away. Put the selecter back to heat, and the car overheated. As it was summer I wasn't in a rush to fix it.
