Well I stumbled across the video above and it seems like I’m not the only one with an issue. You may have an issue now if it is obvious you tried to fix it yourself but it is worth a try with the dealer but that torn ribbon cable is probably going to be an issue. Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.
