Since i shoot 7/8 oz for practice, and 1 oz for shoots, and the availability of the CB0178-12 is better, I'd live to be able to standardize everything but the charge bar. Since the CB1100-12 doesn't crimp nearly as well for the 7/8 oz loads, naturally, it'd be more advantageous to use the other wad, if the pressures were safe.

Hodgdon lists separate data for the two also. If you look at the data, the Claybuster gives a lower pressure for the same amount of powder. If Hodgdon didn't specifically have Claybuster data it would be safe to use the WAA12sl data fot the CB 1100-12 per the instructions from Claybuster. , Powder: Clays, from 14.0 to 18.0 grains (this top end will be almost 1150 FPS) Wad: ClayBuster 7/8 ounce (gray) wad - which is CB0178-12.
