My city is bustling but my heavy industry is plauged by numerous abandoned buildings everywhere. When I click on them it says ''not enough buyers for products''. I have no demand for commercial zoning at the moment and a little residential. There is a commercial-park bug. For now use the below mod fix, the devs are working on live patch.
