My test was a non-DOT at Concentra with a physical. I did as the instructions said and did the microwave and heating pad. I did a practice round a few days ago and it went totally fine. I have large boobs, so I put the bottle in between my lower boobs so the side of the bottle laid flat against the band of my sports bra.
