Honestly Pig hasn't been nerfed much more frequently than other killers, and hasn't had any nerfs since 3.2.1. I think the reason the meme persists is because all of her nerfs occurred in the same year, so for players in 2019 it really seemed like the devs had it out for her. The meme lives on even if the trend that inspired it doesn't.
