This letter of agreement (LoA) shall serve to standardize procedures handling air traffic operations between the Oakland (KZOA) and Los Angeles (KZLA) ARTCCs. Controllers handling air traffic destined for an ARTCC affected by this agreement are requested to adhere to this agreement to the furthest extent possible.
