Borax powder works ..., Got bv and treated with clindamycin and then 3 days boric acid and then 3 days of vaginal suppositories of probiotics. Using probiotic supps every 3rd day and not having issues yet but last time this happened it came back for 10 months straight so I'm trying to prevent it.
