Ds2 rapier. Rapier is a dex weapon, hence it has pretty good dex scaling. While a Raw-Infusion give slightly more base damage it also greatly reduces scaling. If you (for some reason) only have the minimum needed stats tu weil it efficently go for raw. But if you increased your Dex stat, no infusion is likely to be the most optimal choice.

Its strength is that it infuses surprisingly well so its good in spellsword builds. Depending on how high you want to take Dex, go for Espada Ropera or Ricard's Rapier instead. Probably Rapier for PvE, since it has more damage. So Ricards has the best dex scaling but medium base dmg, while the Espada has great dex scaling as well and higher base dmg. I honestly don't know at which point the scaling of Ricards outclasses the Espada. I would advice Ricards anyway, because I don't like that the on handed Strong attack of the Espade is a parry. a selection of OP weapons: - curved dragon greatsword. - dark chaos blade or dual wielding katanas. - any good great hammer (dragon tooth, demons, smelter, etc) for pancaking 90% of enemies and massive AR. dual wielding great hammers for absolute destruction at the cost of A LOT of stamina. - mastodon halberd.

None, really. If you want an OP elemental rapier, use the uninfused Chaos Rapier with Charcoal Pine Resin. Rapiers are best off as uninfused weapons.
