Apr 9, 2022 · Cons. Hours and volume of work are horrendous and management does not seem concerned or willing to address burnout. Missing objectives in the last few years, always on construction. Seems like most are just trying to stay above water. It is common for employees to be “always on” and work 10+ hour days or into late evening regularly.
