Fedex brown cafe

It's obvious that FedEx ignores many of the categories, especially the pay and loyalty portions. I think my station had a 4% favorable rating for pay, and around 30% for the retention question, which probably isn't that different from the rest of the company. I'm actually fair on the SFA, and if I have a decent manager, they get a good score.
