I have not seen a sound mod for FFXIV, a bunch of model/texture replacement sure but no sound effect mod. I assume someone could make it work but like all mod for XIV only you can see/hear it. Nope it's not really how the game works. I assume short answer is no. You can't just go in and edit the game like that.
