The Shield SMSc is much better quality than the Romeo Zero. It is also auto brightness which works great. The downside is they use a 4 MOA dot that displays like a 2 MOA dot. It would be much better if it was a TRUE 6MOA dot. The dot on both my SMSc is not big at all which is great for target shooting but not so great for a defensive gun
