The battery is not charging while the ATV is on, and the tach meter is showing 0 RPMs while the ATV is on and running. If I unplug the stator (the 4-pin connector from the stator going to the 14-pin connector on the PDM) and plug it back in everything starts working temporarily. The ATV starts charging and the RPMs show.
