I've been working towards a full Jainism diet from veganism over the past year or so and was hoping to expand my diet a little. I eat mostly lentils, rice, pasta, all sorts of nuts, sweetcorn, brocolli, bell peppers, peas, tofu, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, soya based cheeses and a variety of fruits. Its dietary staples are grains and legumes. In Western India, the traditional grains were millet and sorghum, in North India wheat, grounded into flour and made into unleavened breads.
