Keep moving once you get the spear, as the Bokoblin Archer will continously shoot Fire Arrows at you.It doesn't "break", but rather needs a recharge. You can make it indestructible if you just head back to the forest, and start up the Trial of the Sword again. It wouldn't even let me start the final trials while it was recharging.
