First absence takes off 30 points, second takes off 45, third takes off 50. However, there is a lot of extra credit opportunities to make up for an absence. Professor Thoeni was a good professor who made instructions clear. Weekly, his online course has a few 2-4 minute videos you watch and have a couple questions for credit. The simulation has easy short answer questions each week. The rest of the simulation is sort of like RimWorld or Civilization V management.

Professor Brown is not a bad professor, just fairly average I'd say. A few of the assignments felt unnecessary and required a lot of writing- she does give very in-depth feedback though so you can tell she really does read through your hard work.
