I personally use the Alive Reshade including the RTGI (ray tracing) stuff. Looks great and the gameplay variant works fine in gaming. The only caveats are that I had to toss some ray tracing guy 5 dollars on Patreon and that I have a monster of a computer (4090, 7900X3D) because this Reshade along with various texture/model overhaul mods is heavy on XIV. Be sure to use the Reshade version which supports Addons (so the unsigned version). When you start your game, the Addons tab in the Reshade gui should show the ReshadeEffectShaderToggler information and controls.
