Text adv

Looks like everyone else prefers ADV, but I actually like NVL more, which is a shame since less VNs use it. I don't like how ADV separates the text and the art. It feels disjointed to me. I normally don't wait for voices to complete to advance text, so having to look away from the text to see the art feels odd.
