I called 10 hours after the purchase and it hadn’t even processed yet. Ticket Center wouldn’t refund me either. The woman on the phone just kept reading the same thing over and over about their policies. Awful what they do to consumers who have legitimate reasons why they cannot attend the venue after all.
Update: The tickets were legit, just way more expensive than they needed to be. Never buying presale tickets for a concert ever agian. The ticket price went from $150 each at the presale to $50 each the week before the show. Thanks everyone for your comments.
