He is a Professor of Orthopedics at the School of Medicine and oversees spinal surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center, the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, the Baltimore VA Medical Center, and the University of Maryland Rehabilitation & Orthopaedic Institute.
