Out of the 37% of US respondents who are familiar with Vividseats, 22% said that they liked the brand. Absolute worst customer service ever. Bought 6 tickets and only 4 were transferred. Spent all week leading up to the event trying to call only to get the worst support ever. The two tickets never showed up, so we had to buy 2 more last minute at higher price somewhere else.
